Michael Sachs

After beginning his career with a national investment firm, he co-founded an independent firm in 2002 and then later founding Galene Financial. Michael has been chosen for the Reader's Choice Award, conducted by the Fort Bend Sun, as the Best Financial Advisor in Fort Bend County multiple times. The Houston Business Journal awarded Michael as one the 2009 inaugural recipients of the 40 Under 40 award. In Texas Monthly magazine, Michael was recently awarded as a Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 award based on 10 objective criteria associated with providing quality services to clients such as credentials, experience, and assets under management among other factors. Prior to 2012, award was based on client satisfaction. Respondents evaluated criteria such as customer service, expertise, value for fee charge and overall satisfaction. The overall score is based on an average of all respondents and may not be representative of any one client's experience. Michael was appointed to the Fort Bend County Investment Advisory Committee and served as Vice Chairman of the Stafford Economic Development Corporation.

Michael has been very active in the community, holding political office in Stafford, serving as a Divisional Vice Chairman on the Fort Bend Chamber, and the Greater Fort Bend Board of Directors. He is a life member of the National Eagle Scouts Association, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and Houston Alumni Organization.

After attending West Point and serving in the U.S. Army for ten years, Rick began his career with a national investment firm in 2005.  As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, his approach in helping investors is based on a highly disciplined process that examines his clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and other critical aspects of their financial life.

Rick is very active in the community, sitting on the board for the Executive and Professional Association of Houston.  He is also a past president of the GLBT Chamber of Commerce.

Anthony Williams has been an advisor 1999.   The last couple of decades have proven to be some of both the most challenging and rewarding times in the history of the financial markets. For Anthony, entering the financial industry at the beginning of those turbulent times was a baptism by fire. This experience has given him the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the good, the bad, and the ugly of the ever changing financial landscape. His career achievements are matched only by his education, as he has an MBA and is pursuing a Doctorate in Finance. He adds a key perspective to the Wallstreet Texas team of advisors. He has also provided academic literature for financial and non-financial magazines, publications, websites, and been showcased as an expert guest on well known radio shows. Today, Anthony is instrumental in helping families, individuals, and businesses within The Greater Houston Area achieve their financial goals. He likes to donate his time to both charitable and non-charitable organizations and events when called upon, to stay active in the community. He does this and balances a family of his own.

Deborah Beck

Operations Manager

After graduating from the University of Texas, Deborah began her career in banking.  She became proficient in domestic and international banking, while working with credit unions as well as savings and loan institutions.  Deborah has forty years of financial experience.  She has a passion to serve and specializes in working with the needs of our clients.

Josh Moore

Operations Assistant

Josh began his career in the banking industry in 2009, where he was in charge of processing and funding of new loans.  He also was a part of the new accounts operations team.  While working in banking, he attended the University of Houston and earned  his degree in Economics in 2014. At Galene Financial, he handles operations as well as economic data research and advisor support. He takes pride in and looks forward to providing our clients with excellent customer service on a daily basis. Josh is married to his high school sweetheart and they are proud parents to their son, Jackson.
